At Backzio, we want you to shop with confidence and be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns:


You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.


Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email to notify you that we've received your returned item. We'll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.


Exchanges:
